Electric propulsion lines installed and commissioned to a fixed production date

RSA supervised the electrical installation, commissioning and maintenance of new electric vehicle production lines at JLR's Wolverhampton propulsion manufacturing site. The work covered motor, rotor, stator and battery pack cells, each with its own build sequence and handover date on a live manufacturing campus.
RSA's supervisors planned the daily programme against those dates and worked alongside the main contractor throughout, so cells came online in the order the plant needed rather than the order they were easiest to build.
